This is a special order for a young woman that broke her back in an accident. She can use the neck/shoulder collar alone or tie it to the longer extention for her back. She can also use the back piece alone. We are hoping that this will give her relief from her pain and hope to hear from her soon. This is a gift from her mother for Christmas!
